摘 要:随着煤矿开采深度的不断加深,为了满足大型设备的正常使用,巷道断面的日益扩大,给巷道支护及围岩稳定性带来巨大挑战。基于义马常村矿21170工作面巷道工程地质条件,采用现场测试、数值模拟、理论分析及现场试验等方法,对大断面托顶煤巷道的破坏特征进行分析,研究了大断面托顶煤巷道的变形破环特征和支护理论,大断面托顶煤巷道变形破坏的诱发因素,提出了大断面托顶煤巷道"全断面控型易损部位强化控制技术",并确定21170工作面巷道的扩掘方案,现场应用效果显著。对大断面托顶煤同类巷道支护具有借鉴作用。With the deepening of coal mining depth,the roadway section is expanded to deploy large-scale equipment,which brings great challenges to roadway support and surrounding rock stability.Based on the engineering geological conditions of roadway in 21170 working face of Yima Changcun Mine,on-site test,numerical simulation,and theoretical analysis are carried out to study the failure features,support theory of large-section top coal roadway,and the large-section support factors inducing deformation and failure of roof coal roadway.The roof control technology of full section shape-maintaining and weak parts strengthening is proposed for large section top coal roadway,and the expansion plan of 21170 working face roadway is determined,which has achieved remarkable effects in application.
