摘 要:针对浅埋工作面端头悬顶和压架多采用架间或工作面巷道打眼爆破方式处理顶板存在较大安全隐患等问题,在分析杨伙盘煤矿顶板岩性和浅埋深悬顶原因的基础上,提出利用定向水力压裂技术破坏顶板完整性,结合水压记录仪监测曲线判断岩石开裂和扩展程度,将工作面支架承受的高应力向远离顶板方向转移的方法。回采实践和矿压监测数据分析表明,在采用定向水力压裂处理工作面顶板后,工作面端头矿压显现明显缓和,高阻力区占比明显降低,范围在5000~7000kN的支架阻力由36%降低为29%,卸压后支架所受载荷基本呈正态分布。由此可见,定向水力压裂技术是一种控制浅埋深强动压应力环境的有效手段。Aiming at the potential safety hazards in blasting between supports or working face roadway in the treatment of shallow face end roof hanging and support crushing,based on the analysis on the roof lithology and the causes of shallow buried roof hanging in Yanghuopan Coal Mine,it’s proposed to apply directional hydraulic fracturing to break the roof integrity,judge the degree of rock cracking and crack expansion combining with the monitoring curve of water pressure recorder,and transfer the high stress of working face support to the direction away from the roof.The mining practice and mine pressure monitoring data shows that after the directional hydraulic fracturing on the working face roof,the mine pressure behavior at working face end is obviously alleviated,the proportion of high resistance area is obviously reduced,and the support resistance in the range of 5000~7000 kN is reduced from 36%to 29%,and the load on the support is basically normal distribution after pressure relief.The directional hydraulic fracturing technology is effective to control the shallow buried strong dynamic pressure stress environment.
