摘 要:以峻德煤矿21煤层一段开切眼掘进工作面为工程背景,通过现场实勘、模拟分析、震动场-应力场监测等手段,对煤柱影响下开切眼掘进冲击地压防治技术进行研究。结果表明:主要应力集中影响因素为上部煤柱向下延伸的自重应力和本层区段煤柱侧向支承压力升高段应力;利用数学公式计算了两部分煤柱模型各自的应力增高区域范围,得出了开切眼掘进期间的应力增高影响范围值138m,其中强冲击危险区52m;针对现场情况制定开切眼贯通未掘进卸压前期、掘进中期和贯通后期的具体防治方案,实现开切眼的安全贯通,该研究结果对类似情况下的开切眼掘进具有一定的指导意义。Taking the first section of the 21#coal seam of Junde Coal Mine as the engineering background,the prevention and control of rock burst in the first section of the open-off cut tunnelling under the influence of coal pillar is studied by means of field survey,simulation analysis and vibration field-stress field monitoring.The results show that:the main influencing factors of stress concentration are the gravity stress of the upper coal pillar extending downward and the stress of the side bearing pressure of the coal pillar in this section;the influence range of the two parts of coal pillar models is calculated using mathematical formula,and the influence range value is 138 m and the strong rock burst hazard zone is 52 m;according to the site conditions,specific prevention and control plans are formulated for the early stage(tunnelling pressure relief),middle stage(tunnelling)and late stage(cutting through),to realize the safe cutting through of open-off cut.
