摘　　要：面临全球不确定性风险的加剧,提升经济韧性已成为一国经济发展的战略方向。中国共产党成立百年来,党团结带领人民扎根中国实践,不断改革创新,探索有助于中国发展和民族复兴的经济制度。本文基于经典的经济韧性分析框架,深入探索了所有制变革对我国经济韧性的影响机制,系统阐述了中国共产党成立百年来所有制改革与经济韧性提升的现实基础与历史演进逻辑。可以看出,从制度阻碍到制度自信,所有制改革开辟出一条多元到一元再到多元的螺旋式上升路径,让新中国成立之初脆弱性较强的短缺经济发展为具有强大韧性与活力的可持续经济。在新时代中国特色社会主义与百年未有之大变局交织之际,坚持以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义经济思想为指导,坚持和发展中国特色社会主义经济发展道路,发挥中国特色社会主义所有制优势,更大程度地解放和发展生产力,进一步提升我国经济韧性与经济发展潜力,为中国发展与世界经济繁荣提供不竭的强大动力。In face of the increasing of global uncertainty risks,enhancing economic resilience has become a strategy for country’s economic development.Over the past century,the Communist Party of China unites and leads the people to take root in practice,constantly reform and innovation,and explores economic systems conducive to China’s development and national rejuvenation.From institutional obstacles to self-confidence,the ownership reform opens up a spiral upward path from diversified to unitary,then to diversified,and lets the fragile and scarce economy at the beginning of the founding of the country to develop into a sustainable economy with strong resilience and vitality.At a time when the thought on socialism with chinese characteristics for a new era is intertwined by changes unseen in a century,our country should adhere to the guidance of Xi Jinping’s economic thinking on socialism with characteristics for a new era,adhere to and develop the path of socialism with chinese characteristics,and give full play to the advantages of socialist ownership with chinese characteristics,liberate and develop productivity to a greater extent,further enhance to my country’s economic resilience and economic development potential,which provides an inexhaustible and powerful driving force for China’s development and world economic prosperity.
