摘  要:在电子商务迅速发展的趋势下,通过逐步优化与创新,电子商务模式实现了在多领域、多行业的广泛应用,皮革行业自然也不例外.本文针对皮革专业市场现状,构建了O2O电子商务模式,并提出了一系列基于O2O电子商务模式的皮革专业市场发展策略,具体即引进集体性团购模式,发放促销电子优惠券,构建市区体验基地,创建线上线下O2O产业链,以期能够为皮革专业市场的电子商务发展提供有利帮助.With the rapid development of e-commerce, e-commerce mode has been widely used in many fields and industries through gradual optimization and innovation, and leather industry is no exception.In view of the current situation of leather professional market, O2 O e-commerce model was constructed, and a series of development strategies of leather professional market based on O2 O e-commerce model were put forward, including the introduction of collective group buying model, the issuance of promotional e-coupons, the construction of urban experience base, and the creation of online and offline O2 O industrial chain, so as to provide favorable help for the development of e-commerce of leather professional market.
