摘  要:咖啡鲜果的脱皮是云南小粒咖啡初加工的首道工序,脱净率影响着咖啡初加工的质量和效率。6BK-0.3型咖啡鲜果脱皮机利用棘爪辊筒与分流槽对咖啡鲜果进行挤压、搓擦,使果皮与咖啡豆分离,完成脱皮。试验结果表明:当分流板与棘爪辊筒的间隙为1.2 mm、棘爪辊筒转速为380 r/min时,脱净率为97.2%,破损率为2.6%,满足了实际生产的要求。该脱皮机具有生产效率高、劳动强度低的特点,可对咖啡脱皮机械的研发提供参考。Peeling of fresh coffee fruit is the first link in the initial processing of small-grain coffee in Yunnan. The removal rate affects the quality and efficiency of the initial processing of coffee. In this article,the 6 BK-0. 3 peeling machine for fresh coffee fruit uses the pawl roller and the shunt tank to squeeze and rub fresh coffee fruit,in order to separate the peel from the coffee beans and complete the task of peeling. The test results show that when the gap between the diverter plate and the pawl roller is1. 2 mm and the speed of the pawl roller is 380 r/min,the removal rate is 97. 2% and the breakage rate is 2. 6%,which meets the requirements of production. The peeling machine has the characteristics of high efficiency in production and low labor intensity,which provides reference for research and development of coffee-peeling machines.
