摘 要:为满足架设大纵坡桥、大横坡桥、斜桥、小曲率圆弧桥等桥梁的工艺要求,设计了一款JQS35-220t步履式双导梁架桥机。文中介绍了架桥机结构与主要参数,对架桥机主梁进行悬臂工况、跨中工况和跨端工况等3种典型工况下的静力学分析,得到了其应力云图与变形云图,验证了主梁的刚度与强度满足要求。对主梁进行悬臂工况与跨中工况下的模态分析,分别提取主梁前6阶的固有频率与模态振型,结果表明架桥机工作时可避免共振产生,主梁结构设计合理。基于以上工况,对桥架进行结构优化,为日后主梁的设计提供参考。In this article,in order to meet the technological requirements of erecting bridges such as large longitudinal slope bridges,large horizontal slope bridges,inclined bridges,and small curvature circular arc bridges,the JQS35-220 t walking double-guide girder bridge-erecting machine is developed. Efforts are made to introduce the structure and main parameters of this machine,and static analysis is conducted under three typical working conditions,such as cantilever,mid span and span end,so as to work out the charts of stress cloud and deformation cloud as well as verify that the main girder’s stiffness and strength meet the requirements. The modal analysis is carried out on the main girder under such working conditions as cantilever and mid span,in order to extract the natural frequency and the modal vibration modes of the main girder’s first 6 orders respectively. The results show that resonance can be avoided when the bridge-erecting machine is working and the design is rational. Based on the above working conditions,the structure of the bridge is optimized,therefore providing reference for future design of the main girder.
