摘 要:针对打纬共轭凸轮的设计难度及复杂性,通过综合运用数值计算、程序开发、几何建模和机构仿真来保证其设计精度。根据剑杆织机共轭凸轮打纬工艺要求,在MATLAB环境下构建了一种改良梯形筘座加速运动规律,并将其应用于主、副凸轮理论廓线设计。计算确定了合理的凸轮压力角和滚子半径,分析结果表明,凸轮与滚子从动件之间具有良好的传力特性。利用数据接口转化理论廓线点坐标,建立了基于Solid Works平台的打纬共轭凸轮仿真模型,并通过Motion模块运动学仿真分析,验证了设计过程的正确性与可靠性。文中研究为同类凸轮机构的设计开发提供了有力参考。In this article,in view of design difficulty and complexity of the beating-up conjugate cam,such methods as numerical calculation,program development,geometric modeling and mechanism simulation are comprehensively used to ensure design accuracy.According to the requirements of the conjugate cam’s beating up technology on the rapier loom,an improved trapezoid accelerating law of reed is constructed by means of MATLAB,and the law is applied to the design of pitch curve of main and auxiliary cams.The cam’s reasonable pressure angle and roller radius are calculated.These analytical results show that the transmission characteristics between the cam and the roller follower are desirable.The simulation model of the beating-up conjugate cam in the Solid Works environment is set up,based on the transforming of point coordinates on pitch curve through the data interface.The correctness and reliability of the cam design are verified with the aid of kinematic simulation and analysis in the Motion module.Therefore,powerful reference is provided for design and development of other cam mechanisms.
