摘 要:为研究摆动筛面对颗粒筛分的影响,基于振动理论,建立了一种摆动筛面的运动方程。应用离散单元法(Discrete Element Method,DEM)模拟摆动的筛分过程,获得了进料速率对颗粒筛分效率的影响。通过统计分层和透筛区域中细粒比的变化情况,利用最小二乘法,得到了不同进料速率下分层和透筛细粒比随时间变化的函数表达式。同时,利用分层和透筛中细粒比随时间的变化率来表示分层速率和透筛速率,量化了摆动筛分中分层和透筛的变化过程,并分析了进料速率对分层和透筛速率的影响关系。研究结果表明:20 000颗/s是粒径在0.8 mm以下颗粒的最佳进料速率,可以获得较好的筛分效率;40 000颗/s的进料速率对分层速率的影响最大;50 000颗/s的进料速率对透筛速率的影响最明显。In this article,in order to explore the effect of the swing screen surface on the particle screening,the motion equations of the swing surface are worked out based on the vibration theory. The discrete element method( DEM) is employed to simulate the swing screening,and the effect of the feeding rate on the screening efficiency is identified. By calculating the variation of the fine-particle ratio in the regions of stratification and penetration,the function expressions of the fine-particle ratio changing with time are fitted with different feeding rates by means of the least square method. Besides,the changing rate of the fine-particle ratio is used to represent the rates of stratification and penetration. Then,the process of stratification and penetration are quantified;the effect of the feeding rate on the rate of stratification and penetration is analyzed in the swing screening. The results show that 20 000 particles per second is the best feeding rate for the particles with the diameter of smaller than 0. 8 mm,which has high efficiency in screening. What’s more,40 000 particles per second have the greatest effect on the stratification rate,while 50 000 particles per second have the most obvious influence on the penetration rate.
