摘  要:对汽车覆盖件用6016铝合金板材进行了室温到100℃的预时效处理,并进行了自然时效150d以内的T4P态和烘烤态(2%预拉伸+185℃20 min)性能测试。结果表明:相比于室温和60℃预时效,80℃和100℃预时效温度的板材表现出良好的时效稳定性,放置150d之内没有因自然时效使强度显著提高。然而,随着预时效温度的提高,板材的伸长率和应变硬化指数降低。板材烘烤态的强度随着预时效温度的升高不断提高,伸长率则不断减小;在室温到80℃的预时效范围内.烘烤态的强度增量随温度升高而增加,到100℃时.强度增量减小。80℃8h的预时效工艺可以使试验板材获得适中的T4P态强度和伸长率,在放置150d之内性能稳定,同时具有最大的烘烤强度增量,是最优的预时效工艺。6016 aluminum alloy sheet used for automobile panel was pre-aged from room temperature to 100 ℃,and its properties in T4P state and baked state(2%pre-stretched+185 ℃ for 20 min)were tested within 150 days of natural aging.The results show that com-pared with room temperature and 60 ℃ pre-aging,the pre-aging temperature of 80 ℃ and 100 ℃ shows good aging stability,and the strength is not significantly improved by natural aging within 150 days.However,the elongation and strain hardening index decrease with the increase of pre-aging temperature.With the increase of pre-aging temperature,the baking-state strength of sheet increases,while the elongation decreases.In the pre-aging range from room temperature to 80 ℃,the strength increment increases with the increase of tempera-ture,and decreases at 100 ℃.The pre-aging process of 80℃ for 8 h can obtain moderate T4P strength and elongation,stable performance within 150 days,and maximum baking strength increment,which is the optimal pre-aging process.
