摘 要:采用不同的电解液配方对AZ9ID镁合金表面微弧氧化原位生长一层陶瓷膜层,并利用电化学方法测试了陶瓷膜层的极化曲线,用扫描电镜(SEM)分析陶瓷膜层的形貌结构,通过XRD分析了膜层相组成。结果表明:在恒流条件下,AZ9ID镁合金表面获得致密光滑的陶瓷膜层,陶瓷膜层中的微孔在微弧氧化过程中得以封闭,膜层耐蚀性提高K_(2)TiF_(6)的添加量不同,膜层的耐蚀性不同:当添加p(K_(2)TiF_(6))=10 g/L时,获得膜层的耐蚀性最佳。A ceramic film was grown on AZ91 D magnesium alloy surface by micro arc oxi-dation with different electrolyte formulations.The polarization curve of the ceramic film was measured by the elctrochemical method,the surface morphology was observed by scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and phase composition was analyzed by X-ray diffraction(XRD).The results show that under constant current condition,dense and smooth ceramic film is obtained on the surface of AZ91 D magnesium alloy.The micro pores in the ceramic coating are sealed during the micro are oxidation process,and the corrosion resistance of the coating is improved.Different concentrations of K_(2)TiF_(6) lead to different corrosion resistance.Whenp(K_(2)TiF_(6))=10 g/L,the corrosion resistance is the best.
