摘　　要：针对5A06铝合金锻件阳极氧化表面出现的异常条纹,从宏观形貌、力学性能、去除氧化膜、重新阳极氧化、生产过程复查等多方面进行了观察与试验。证明了异常条纹实质是由锻件在锻造过程产生的变形痕迹;异常条纹对5A06铝合金锻件的力学性能没有影响,确定了异常条纹对整个产品的可靠性无影响,只是影响产品外观。该工作为车间后续处理铝合金锻件产品异常条纹的现象提供了技术支撑。The abnormal stripes on the anodized surface of 5A06 aluminum alloy forgings were observed and tested,in the aspects of macro morphology,mechanical properties,removal of oxide film,re-anodizing,and production process review.It is proved that the abnormal stripes are the deformation traces produced by the forging during the forging process.Abnormal stripes have no effect on the mechanical properties of 5A06 aluminum alloy forgings.It is determined that the abnormal stripes have no effect on the reliability of the whole product,but only affect the appearance of the product.This work provides a technical support for the subsequent workshop to deal with the phenomenon of abnormal stripes of aluminum alloy forging products.
