摘　　要：“十四五”时期是我国经济高质量发展的加速落实阶段,也是新旧动能转换的关键时期。在经济发展新常态下,江苏经济增长逐步回落,经济增速高于全国平均水平的空间逐步收窄;产业结构发生调整;动力增长格局发生改变,传统高速增长动力减弱。经济发展动能转换期,江苏作为经济发展水平较高的省份,面对复杂严峻的国内外经济形势,亟需新动能推动经济高质量发展,应以创新驱动大力发展战略性新兴产业、高新技术产业,促进消费转型升级,以实现经济高质量发展。The 14th Five-Year Plan period is the stage of accelerating the implementation of high-quality economic development in China,and is also a key period for the transformation of old and new drivers of growth.Under the new normal of economic development,the economic growth of Jiangsu gradually drops down,and the space for the economic growth rate to be higher than the national average level is gradually narrowed.The industrial structure has been adjusted.The pattern of dynamic growth has changed,and the traditional drivers of high-speed growth have weakened.In the period of momentum transformation of economic development,as a high level province of economic development,with the complex economic situation at home and abroad,Jiangsu urgently needs new momentum to promote high quality economic development,should be driven by innovation vigorously develop strategic emerging industries and high-tech industries,and promote the transformation and upgrading of consumption,so as to realize high quality economic development.
