摘　　要：新冠疫情以来,世界范围内的责任投资热情不断攀升,ESG因素日益成为责任投资者分析和考虑的核心部分。通过借助MSCI公司的ESG评级数据,对海底捞公司ESG绩效进行了比较分析,发现了海底捞公司在ESG践行中存在的不足,并针对劳工管理、公司治理和原材料采购三个方面提出了具体的改善措施。这些措施将为海底捞公司提高ESG绩效,提升国际市场融资能力,提供政策参考。Since the beginning of COVID-19,the enthusiasm of responsible investment has been rising all over the world.ESG has increasingly become the core part of responsible investors'analysis and consideration.Based on the ESG rating data of MSCI company,this paper makes a comparative analysis of the ESG performance of Haidilao company,finds out the shortcomings of its ESG practice,and puts forward specific improvement measures from three aspects of labor management,corporate governance and raw material procurement.These measures will provide policy reference for Haidilao company to improve ESG performance and enhance international market financing capacity.
