摘　　要：《湿热论》作为第一部湿热病专著,体现了薛雪在湿热病辨证论治方面的诸多独到见解,即在顾护阳气的基础上,创造性地以脾胃为中心,提出正局、变局的概念作为湿热病治疗的总纲领,并且重视湿热邪气易于凝滞气机,瘀痹气血的基本特点,采用灵活多变的药物配伍以开散湿热,通畅气血,开创了湿热病治疗新局面。As the first monograph on dampness-heat disease,Shire Lun embodies Xue Xue’s many original opinions on the differentiation and treatment of this disease.That is,on the basis of caring for yang qi,he creatively takes the spleen and stomach as the principal organs that is related to it,and proposes the two concepts of Zheng Jv(正局,the disease itself or its symptoms)and Bian Jv(变局,the additional symptoms derived form the disease)as the general treatment program.In addition,he pays attention to the basic characteristics of dampness-heat pathogens,which are prone to stagnate qi and block qi and blood.Flexible drug compatibility is used by him to disperse dampness-heat and unblock qi and blood,creating a new situation in the treatment of this disease.
