摘　　要：从病名、病因病机、治疗三方面,对历代重要医籍中关于喉风的论述进行搜集整理,追本溯源,以冀有裨于临床实践。"喉风"首见于宋代《太平惠民和剂局方》。外因多属风邪、风热或疫毒邪气侵袭,内因多属肺胃积热化痰或脾胃积热生痰。外内合邪,风痰上扰,亦或痰火上壅,而成是病是证。针对喉风痰涎壅阻气道之关键病机,古代医家先以外治法开关豁痰,而后以内治法祛生痰之源,以图标本兼治。From the three aspects of disease name,etiology and pathogenesis,and treatment,this paper collects and sorts out the narratives on throat wind in the important medical books of the past dynasties,tracing its source and evolution to the benefit of current clinical practice.The term Hou Feng(喉风)as a disease name first appeared in Taiping Huimin Heji Ju Fang in the Song dynasty.The etiology of throat wind involves two aspects:external cause and internal cause.The external cause mostly includes the invasion of wind evil,wind heat or epidemic toxins,and the internal cause is for the most part the transformation into phlegm by the heat accumulation in the lungs and stomach or generation of phlegm by the heat accumulation in the spleen and stomach.The combination of the external and internal pathogenic factors drive wind and phlegm to invade the upper part of pharynx,or phlegm and fire to accumulate in the upper part of pharynx,resulting in this very disease and syndrome.In view of the key pathogenesis of phlegm blocking the airways,ancient medical practitioners first use external treatment to eliminate phlegm and then use internal treatment to remove the source of phlegm,so as to treat both its symptoms and root causes.
