指压法对单纯性肥胖模型大鼠炎性细胞因子的影响研究

摘　　要：目的探讨指压法对单纯性肥胖模型大鼠体质量及炎性细胞因子的影响。方法40只SPF级雄性SD大鼠随机选取8只为正常组,剩余32只建立单纯性肥胖模型。造模成功后剔除体质量排序较前和较后大鼠,留下24只大鼠采用随机数字表分为模型组、对照组(奥利司他)、指压组。每日1次,均干预6周。结果与模型组比较,对照组、指压组大鼠体质量明显降低(P<0.01),细胞因子瘦素(LP)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)、白介素(IL-6)表达水平降低(P<0.05);与对照组比较,指压组大鼠体质量改变及LP表达水平无统计学差异(P>0.05),TNF-α、IL-6表达水平存在统计学差异(P<0.05),但差异较小。结论指压法可调节单纯性肥胖模型大鼠细胞因子LP、TNF-α、IL-6表达水平,有效降低体质量,疗效略低于奥利司他,但指压法可减少或替代奥利司他等药物使用。Objective To investigate the effect of the finger pressing therapy on the body mass and inflammatory cytokines of simple obesity model rats.Methods Eight of 40 SPF male SD rats were randomly selected as the normal group,and the remaining 32 were established as a simple obesity model.After modeling,the rats with higher or lower body weight were excluded,and 24 rats were left and randomly divided into a model group,a control group(orlistat),and a finger pressing group.The interventions were performed once a day for 6 weeks.Results Compared with the model group,the body weight of the rats in the control group and the finger pressing group was significantly reduced(P<0.01),and the expression levels of cytokine leptin(LP),tumor necrosis factor(TNF-α)and interleukin(IL-6)were reduced(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,there was no significant difference in body mass changes and LP expression levels in the finger pressing group(P>0.05),while there was statistically significant difference in the expression levels of TNF-αand IL-6(P<0.05),but the difference was small.Conclusion The finger pressing therapy can adjust the expression levels of cytokines LP,TNF-α,IL-6 in simple obesity model rats,and effectively reduce their body weight.Though its curative effect is slightly lower than orlistat,the finger pressing therapy can reduce or replace the use of orlistat and other drugs.
