痛风丸联合非布司他治疗高尿酸血症

摘　　要：目的通过比较痛风丸、非布司他联合用药与单独使用非布司他、痛风丸治疗痛风的疗效,评价联合用药治疗痛风的有效性。方法选择痛风患者130例,随机分为对照组、研究1组和研究2组,对照组只给予非布司他治疗,研究1组只给予痛风丸治疗,研究2组给予非布司他联合痛风丸治疗,治疗周期2个月。结果3组治疗前后肿胀疼痛积分、证候积分、血清尿酸、超敏C反应蛋白、血沉均明显降低(P<0.05)。研究2组与其他2组比较,治疗后肿胀疼痛积分、证候积分、血清尿酸、超敏C反应蛋白、血沉下降更为明显(P<0.05)。结论痛风丸与非布司他联合治疗痛风,较单独使用非布司他、痛风丸能更有效改善痛风症状,安全性较好,且能保护肾脏功能。Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of the combined use of Tongfeng Pills and febuxostat in the treatment of gout by comparing the efficacy of the combination of febuxostat and Tongfeng Pills with that of the single use of febuxostat or Tongfeng Pills.Methods 130 patients with gout were selected and randomly divided into control group,study group 1 and study group 2.The control group was given febuxostat only,and the study group 1 was given Tongfeng Pills only,while the study group 2 was given febuxostat combined with Tongfeng Pills,all with a treatment cycle for 2 months.Results The swelling pain score,syndrome score,serum uric acid,high-sensitivity C-reactive protein,and erythrocyte sedimentation rate were all significantly reduced in the three groups after treatment(P<0.05).Compared with the other two groups,all of the above indexes in the study group 2 were decreased significantly after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Tongfeng Pills and febuxostat in the treatment of gout is more effective than the single use of febuxostat or Tongfeng Pills in improving the symptoms of gout,with better safety and protection of kidney function.
