温阳益气膏贴敷脐环对改善老年功能性便秘症状的疗效研究

摘　　要：目的探讨温阳益气药贴敷脐环治疗老年功能性便秘症状的临床疗效及安全性。方法将69例老年便秘患者随机分为观察组和对照组。观察组采用温阳益气药膏贴敷脐环,对照组采用大黄药膏贴敷神阙,2组均连续贴敷2周,分别于贴敷前及贴敷2周后收集平均每周自发完全排便次数(SCBM)、便秘临床症状积分、便秘患者症状自评量表(PAC-SYM)评分及贴敷期间不良反应。结果2组贴敷2周后与贴敷前相比,SCBM明显增加、便秘临床症状得分及PAC-SYM评分显著降低(均P<0.05);贴敷2周后观察组上述3项疗效指标均优于对照组(P<0.05);贴敷期间2组均未发生不良反应。结论温阳益气药贴敷脐环对增加老年功能性便秘患者的排便次数及改善便秘症状疗效更好,且用药安全,无不良反应。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of Wenyang Yiqi Ointment applied on the umbilical ring in the treatment of functional constipation in the elderly.Methods A total of 69 elderly patients with constipation were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group.The observation group was applied with Wenyang Yiqi Ointment on the umbilical ring,while the control group was applied with Rhubarb Ointment on Shenque(CV8).Both groups were applied continuously for 2 weeks.The average number of spontaneous complete defecation(SCBM)per week,clinical symptom score of constipation,patients’constipation symptom self-rating scale(PAC-SYM)score and adverse reactions during application were collected before and 2 weeks after application.Results After 2 weeks of application,the SCBM in the 2 groups increased significantly,and the score of clinical symptoms of constipation and the PAC-SYM score were significantly reduced(all P<0.05).After 2 weeks of application,the above three indexes in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).There were no adverse reactions in the two groups during the application.Conclusion The application of Wenyang Yiqi Ointment on the umbilical ring has a better effect on increasing the frequency of defecation and improving the symptoms of constipation in elderly patients with functional constipation,and it is safe to use and has no adverse reactions.
