摘  要:目的分析吸痰连接管接口处污染的主要感染菌群,并观察医用输液瓶口贴的应用效果。方法选取2016年5月-2019年5月于骨科重症监护室病房(ICU)定期需要吸痰的患者80例,根据入院先后顺序分为观察组和对照组,各40例。观察组吸痰完毕用生理盐水冲洗干净吸痰连接管后,直接用医用输液瓶口贴封闭连接管接口处,对照组吸痰结束后用生理盐水冲洗干净吸痰连接管,放入离子水中。7 d后,观察研究对象的连接管处菌群分布及构成比,并比较2组护士操作时间和患者医疗成本。结果1)本研究采样份数80份,阳性份数31份;2)观察组细菌阳性率低于对照组(P<0.05);3)对照组护士操作时间和患者的医疗成本明显高于观察组(P<0.05)。结论吸痰连接管接口处污染菌群主要以革兰氏阴性菌为主,采用医用输液瓶口贴封闭连接管处可以降低感染率,节省护士操作时间和患者医疗成本。Objective To analyze the main infectious flora contaminating at the interface of the sputum suction connection tube and observe the application effect of the medical infusion bottle mouth patches.Methods A total of 80 patients who regularly needed sputum suction in the orthopedic intensive care unit(ICU)from May 2016 to May 2019 were selected as the research subjects.According to the order of admission,they were divided into an observation group and a control group,with 40 cases in each group.After sputum suction in the observation group,the sputum suction connection tubes were rinsed with normal saline,and their interfaces were directly sealed with medical infusion bottle mouth patches.In the control group,the sputum suction connection tubes were washed with normal saline after sputum suction,and then put into ionic water.After 7 days,the distribution and composition ratio of the flora at the connection tubes were observed,and the operation time of nurses and the medical costs of patients were compared between the two groups.Results 1)80 samples were collected in this study,and 31 samples were positive.2)The positive rate of bacteria in the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).3)The operation time of nurses and the medical costs of patients in the control group were significantly higher than the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion Gram-negative bacteria are the main contaminating bacteria at the interfaces of the sputum suction connection tubes.The use of medical infusion bottle mouth patches to seal the connection tubes can reduce the infection rate,save the operation time of nurses and the medical costs of patients.
