摘　　要：主要研究了分别以3BS与4BS为主要组成的生极板的电池的性能差异。实验中,通过引入4BS成核剂,成功得到了含有不同质量4BS的生极板。经SEM测试发现,3BS铅膏生极板结构紧密,4BS铅膏生极板含有大量大尺寸棱柱状物质,但其结合较为疏松。电池性能测试结果显示,4BS铅膏电池2小时率放电时间多于对比电池5~10 min。循环寿命测试数据显示,3BS铅膏电池具有优异的循环稳定性能,更适用于深循环动力电池领域。This paper mainly studies the performance difference of the battery with 3BS and 4BS as main components.In the experiment,through the introduction of 4BS as a nucleating agent,the green plates containing 4BS with different content was successfully obtained.The SEM test shows that the structure of green plate with 3BS as the main component is closely bonded,and the 4BS lead paste raw plate has a lot of large prismatic material,but its bonding is relatively loose.The results of battery performance test show that the 2-hour rate discharge time of 4BS lead paste battery is 5~10 min longer than that of the comparison battery.The cycle life test data show that the 3BS lead paste battery has excellent cycle stability and is more suitable for the deep cycle power battery field.
