摘  要:主要利用浊度仪测定铅酸蓄电池中某些原辅材料(隔板、硫酸亚锡、无水硫酸钠)中的微量氯化物。测定过程中,通过与等离子发射光谱(ICP)、比色法进行验证、对比,得出检测结果。结果显示,浊度仪所测定的原辅材料中氯化物(0.1~1 mg/L范围内)含量值线性关系良好,所得的数据标准偏差小,能够简单、经济、快速、准确测定原辅材料中氯含量。Trace chlorides in some raw and auxiliary materials(separator,stannous sulfate,anhydrous sodium sulfate)in lead-acid batteries were determined by turbidimetric apparatus.In the determination process,through the plasma emission spectroscopy(ICP),colorimetry for detection,verification,comparison,to obtain the detection results.The results showed that the content of chloride in raw and auxiliary materials(within the range of 0.1~1 mg/L)measured by turbidimetry had a good linear relationship and the obtained data had a small standard deviation.It was simple,economical,rapid and accurate to determine the content of chloride in raw and auxiliary materials.
