摘　　要：在原有麦尔兹窑生产运行经验的基础上,对防钢麦尔兹窑的窑本体设备、加料设备、煤气系统等进行了优化改进,降低了窑炉建设成本,减少了麦尔兹窑设备故障率,提高了生产稳定性,取得了较好的效果。On the basis of the original experience of production and operation of Maerz kiln,the existing equipment,feeding equipment and gas system of Maerz kiln in Fangchenggang steel plant are optimized and improved,which reduces the cost of kiln construction,reduces the failure rate of Maerz kiln equipment,improves the production stability and achieves good results.
