填埋方式对填埋体的强度及稳定性研究

摘　　要：污泥填埋处置是常用的污泥处置技术之一.针对填埋方式对填埋体的强度及其边坡的稳定性有重要影响,开展了不同填埋方式下的大型单剪试验,并采用OptumG2数值分析软件对不同填埋方式下的边坡稳定性进行数值模拟,研究其强度和稳定特性.结果表明,分层填埋方式下,τ_(f)/σ在0.153~0.201之间,混合填埋方式下,τ_(f)/σ在0.363~0.402之间;分层填埋方式下破坏应力主要取决于软弱层污泥自身的力学性质,而混合填埋方式下的抗剪强度取决于混合填埋体的力学性质;污泥和生活垃圾不同填埋方式下,边坡破坏模式可划分为水平式联合圆弧滑动、推拉式3段圆弧滑动、圆弧式滑动.混合填埋方式优于分层填埋方式和垃圾围堰打包污泥处置方式.控制污泥含水率,使其不超过150%,再与垃圾进行混合填埋,这是一个适当的安全处置方法.Landfill disposal is one of the most commonly used for sewage sludge.The landfill mode has important influence on the strength and slope stability in landfill.The large-scale simple shear tests were conducted under different landfill mode,and the OptumG2 numerical analysis software was utilized to simulate the slope stability under different landfill mode,to study the strength and slope stability in landfill.The results show that τ_(f)/σ varies from 0.153 to 0.201 under layered landfill mode,however τ_(f)/σ varies from 0.363 to 0.402 under mixed landfill mode.The failure stress under layered landfill mode mainly depends on the mechanical properties of sludge in a soft layer,however the shear strength under mixed landfill mode depends on the mechanical properties of the sewage sludge and municipal solid waste(MSW)mixture.The mode of slope failure under different landfill mode can be divided into horizontal combined circular sliding,three-segment push-pull circular sliding,and circular sliding.The mixed landfill mode is better than the layered landfill mode and disposal method of packing sludge by using refuse cofferdam.It is an appropriate and safe disposal method to control the moisture content of sludge to no more than 150%and then to mix it with MSW for landfill.
