摘　　要：一款车型加工过程所需的要员数量,直接决定了该车型制造过程中的人力资源成本,最终影响该车型的收益情况,所以在新车型导入前期的企划阶段,要员验证、工时设计是非常重要的工作内容之一,不断提升其设计精度对新车型的成本控制具有重要意义。本文简要介绍了一种提升要员(工时)设计精度的方法,该方法为广大汽车行业的同仁开展同类业务提供参考。The number of key personnel required in the processing of a model directly determines the cost of human resources in the manufacturing process of the model,and ultimately affects the income of the model.Therefore,in the planning work in the early stage of the introduction of new models,the verification of key personnel and the design of working hours are one of the very important work contents.It is important to continuously improve the design accuracy for the cost control of new models significance.The methods to improve the design accuracy of key personnel(working hours)were briefly introduced,which provided reference for the majority of automotive industry colleagues.
