摘  要:用户主导型"在线知识协作"是移动传播范式下知识共享的构成要件,其关联过程,以移动传播情境与在线社会支持为基础,涉及协作者的知识寻求、知识贡献与知识采纳三个彼此缠绕的环节;且内置伙伴动态选择机制、内容分发与获取机制,知识地图构建中的认同、内化与反思等。"在线知识协作"实质上实现了"知识场"与"世俗场"的叠加与聚合,有助于个体在知识协作中实现社会资本与知识资本的双赢。而在此过程中,也不可避免地存在着因诉诸"万能朋友圈"带来的知识窄化、内化延迟与去情境性消化不良等冲突。"Online knowledge collaboration" is an important component of knowledge sharing under the mobile communication paradigm,which is the result of the interaction of knowledge communication mode and the subjectivity of "knowledge collaborator". The user-oriented "online knowledge collaboration" is based on the mobile communication context and online social support,which involves the knowledge seeking,knowledge contribution and knowledge adoption of the collaborators. Moreover,there are built-in dynamic partner selection mechanism,content distribution and acquisition mechanism,and identification,internalization and reflection in knowledge map construction. In essence "online knowledge collaboration" implement the superposition and aggregation of knowledge field and common field,which is helpful for individuals to achieve a win-win situation of social capital and intellectual capital in the beneficial knowledge coordination. In this process,inevitably there are conflicts such as knowledge narrowing,internalization delay and de-situational indigestion brought about by resorting to "universal circle of friends".
