基于三元自我角色视角的职业生涯建构理论述评

摘　　要：在VUCA时代背景下,强调生涯适应的职业生涯建构理论对于指导个体的职业生涯显得尤为重要,更具时代价值。该理论使用三元自我角色——角色扮演者、主动追求者、自传写作者来理解个体的职业生涯建构,但最初对于该理论的实证研究和理论探讨都只侧重于对主动追求者的职业生涯适应过程这一模块进行探讨。本文通过对该理论相关研究的梳理,发现近年来研究者们加强了对三元自我角色在工作场所、职业生涯管理、生活设计干预等领域的应用和探讨,关于该理论的研究在研究内容、研究视角和研究方法上都得到了丰富。最后,本文从拓展依恋图式在职业生涯建构情境中的研究、加强职业角色扮演的跨文化研究、探索适应链的因果顺序、注重对特殊群体的职业生涯建构干预研究,以及该理论在组织管理领域和职业生涯教育领域中的应用六个方面对未来研究方向进行了展望。In the VUCA era, career construction theory, which emphasizes career adaptability, is of great significance to guide individuals’ career. This theory uses the three roles of psychological self(i.e., social actor, motivated agent, and autobiographical author) to illustrate an individual’s career construction. Prior empirical studies and theoretical arguments of this theory have only focused on the motivated agent’s career adaptation model. By reviewing related studies of this theory, we find that studies have strengthened the application of the three roles of psychological self in the workplace, career management, life design intervention and other fields in recent years. Studies about the career construction theory have been enriched in content, perspectives, and methods. Finally, this article prospects the future directions from several aspects: the exploration of attachment schema in the context of career construction;the crosscultural study of career role enactment;the causal sequence of the adaptation chain;the intervention study on special groups’ career construction;and the practical implication of this theory in the field of organizational management and career education.
