摘 要:试验旨在研究相同遗传背景下,超早期断奶对仔猪生长性能、血清生化指标和免疫的影响。选择同窝14日龄的三元杂交哺乳仔猪(杜洛克×长白×大白)16头,按体重相近原则随机分为2组,即母乳组和断奶组,每组4个重复,每个重复2头仔猪。试验时间为仔猪14日龄至70日龄(共56 d)。结果显示,29~70日龄,断奶组仔猪平均日增重和平均日采食量极显著低于母乳组(P<0.01),料重比显著提高(P<0.05)。与母乳组相比,28日龄时,断奶组仔猪血清白蛋白含量极显著降低(P<0.01),总蛋白、白球比、甘油三酯、葡萄糖和尿素氮含量显著降低(P<0.05)。70日龄时,断奶组甘油三酯含量显著低于母乳组(P<0.05)。28日龄时,断奶组血清免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)和免疫球蛋白M(IgM)含量显著高于母乳组(P<0.05)。研究表明,在相同遗传背景下,超早期断奶会对仔猪生长性能产生消极影响,但对血清生化指标和血清免疫球蛋白影响较小。The purpose of the experiment was to study the effect of ultra-early weaning on piglet growth performance,serum biochemical indicators and immunoglobulins under the same genetic background.16 piglets(Duroc×Landrace×Dabai)of 14 days old in the same litter were selected and randomly divided into two groups according to the principle of similar body weight,the breast milk group and the weaning group,each group with four replicates,each replicate with two piglets.The test was from 14〜70 d for piglets(56 days in total).The results showed that 29~70 days old,the average daily gain and average daily feed intake of the weaning group were extremely lower than those of breast milk group(P<0.01),and the feed-to-weight ratio was significantly enhance(P<0.05).The albumin of the weaned group was extremely lower than that of breast milk group at 28 days of age(P<0.01),and the total protein,white bulb ratio,triglyceride,glucose and urea nitrogen were significantly lower than those of breast milk group(P<0.0S).At 70 days of age,triglycerides in the weaned group were significantly lower than those in breast milk group(P<0.05).The content of IgA,IgG and IgM in the weaned group at 28 days were significantly higher than those in breast milk group(P<0.05).The experiment indicates that ultra-early weaning under the same genetic background will have a negative impact on the growth performance of piglets,but has less impact on serum biochemical indicators and serum immunoglobulin.
