摘 要:试验研究不同代谢能水平日粮对“茶花鸡2号”肌肉脂肪酸含量的影响。采用单因素试验设计,选取180只体重相近、健康的95日龄试验鸡,随机分为5组,每组3个重复,每个重复12只,公、母各半。肉鸡分别饲喂代谢能水平为12.35、12.98、13.60、14.23、14.86 MJ/kg的试验日粮。试验期42 d。结果显示,随着日粮代谢能水平的提高,肌肉粗脂肪含量总体略有上升。日粮不同代谢能水平对“茶花鸡2号”公鸡腿肌粗脂肪含量有显著影响(P<0.05)。日粮代谢能水平为12.35、12.98、13.60 MJ/kg时,母鸡胸肌、腿肌脂肪酸总含量显著高于日粮代谢能水平为14.23、14.86 MJ/kg时的脂肪酸总含量(P<0.05)。在公鸡胸肌中,日粮代谢能水平为13.60 MJ/kg时的必需脂肪酸(EFA)含量显著高于日粮代谢能水平为12.35 MJ/kg时的EFA含量(P<0.05)。在母鸡胸肌中,日粮代谢能水平为13.60 MJ/kg时的EFA含量显著高于日粮代谢能水平为14.86 MJ/kg时的EFA含量(P<0.05)。试验表明,日粮代谢能水平为13.60 MJ/kg时,粗脂肪含量和各种脂肪酸含量较高。The experiment studied the effect of different metabolic energy levels on muscle fatty acid content of'Chahua No.2 broilers'.In a single-factor test design,180 healthy 95-day-old broilers of similar weight were randomly divided into five groups with three replicates in each group and 12 broilers in each replicate,half in male and female.Broilers were fed five diets with metabolic energy levels of 12.35,12.98,13.60,14.23,14.86 MJ/kg,respectively.The experiment period was 42 d.The results showed that the total fat content of muscle increased slightly with the increase of the metabolic energy level of diet.Different dietary metabolic energy levels had a significant effect on the crude fat content of'Chahua No.2 broilers'rooster leg muscle(P<0.05).When the diet metabolizable energy level was 12.35,12.98,13.60 MJ/kg,the total fatty acid content of hen breast and leg muscles was significantly higher than that of the diet metabolizable energy levels were 14.23 and 14.86 MJ/kg(P<0.05).In the pectorals of male broiler,the EFA content when the diet metabolizable energy level was 13.60 MJ/kg was significantly higher than that of 12.35 MJ/kg(P<0.05).In the pectorals of female broiler,the EFA content when the diet metabolizable energy level was 13.60 MJ/kg was significantly higher than that of 14.86 MJ/kg(P<0.05).The experiment indicates when the dietary metabolic energy level is 13.60 MJ/kg,the crude fat content and various fatty acids content are higher,which is of great significance for improving the breeding efficiency of'Chahua No.2 broilers'.
