摘　　要：木薯的淀粉含量高,可以在畜禽生产中替代玉米作为能量饲料。木薯替代玉米不会影响畜禽的生产性能,可以降低饲养成本,提高经济效益。木薯的蛋白质含量低,含有氢氰酸、单宁等抗营养因子,必须合理利用才能发挥作用。文章对木薯的饲用价值、抗营养因子及其对畜禽生产和养殖经济效益的影响进行论述,为木薯的进一步应用提供参考。Cassava has high starch content, which can be used as energy feed instead of corn in livestock and poultry production. Substituting cassava for corn will not affect the production performance of livestock and poultry, which can reduce the feeding cost and improve economic benefits. The protein content of cassava is low, and it contains anti nutritional factors such as hydrocyanic acid and tannin, so it must be used reasonably to play its role. In the paper, the feeding value, antinutritional factors of cassava and its influence on livestock and poultry production and breeding economic benefits were discussed to provide reference for further application of cassava.
