摘 要:量子计算技术已成为世界各国科技创新的重要增长点,其跨领域应用也不再局限于理论层面的可行性研究,而是逐步发展为商业合作新案例的出发点。中国、美国、德国、英国、日本、澳大利亚等国纷纷出台国家级政策,投入巨额资金,支持量子计算的基础与应用研究,并促进产业格局形成发展。量子计算在国家安全、金融工程及化学领域的实际应用,也从商用层面反映出其极高的战略价值意义。The quantum computing technology has become an important growth area in the scientific and technological innovation in the world,and its cross-sectorial application is no longer limited to the feasibility study at the theoretical level,but gradually develops into the starting point of new business cooperation cases.China,the United States,Germany,the United Kingdom,Japan,Australia and other countries have successively issued national policies,invested huge funds to support the basic and applied research of quantum computing,and promoted the formation of an industrial pattern.The practical application of quantum computing in the fields of national security,financial engineering and chemistry also reflects its high strategic value at the commercial level.
