摘  要:根据情景-任务理论,联合军演中的独立情景共有三种,分别是“对接磋商”“联演实施”和“总结评估”,针对这些情景构建的总体外语能力模型由通用外语能力、通用军事外语能力、外国文化基础素养、外国军事文化素养、国际军事礼仪与外交意识、联演军事外语行动能力组成。针对每个独立情景各自包含的具体情景任务而构建的具体外语能力模型,客观反映了联合军演总体上、各阶段以及具体的语言活动对外语能力的基本需求。In accordance with the situated-task theory,there are three independent scenarios in joint military exercise,namely"Negotiation and Preparation","JME Implementation"and"JME Effect Evaluation".The overall foreign language capacity model constructed for scenarios above consists of foreign language capacity for common use,foreign language capacity for military use,basic accomplishments of foreign culture,accomplishments of foreign military culture,international military etiquette and diplomatic awareness,as well as foreign military language capacity for operations in JME.Specific foreign language capacity models are constructed respectively for specific tasks in each independent scenario,which objectively reflects the basic requirements of foreign language capacity in JMEs as a whole,each scenario and specific language activities therein.
