摘　　要：矿山公园是促进矿业遗迹保护的重要手段,是展示人类矿业文明的重要窗口,具有改善矿区生态地质环境、推进矿区经济可持续发展的重要作用。本文采用对比、田野调研及列举案例的方法,结合经济学理论,对矿山公园工业遗产的价值发展历程进行回顾,初步构建其价值框架,对比、梳理、分析、解读矿山公园工业遗产的资本价值,阐释其存在的重要性以及继续建设的必要性。As an important means to promote the protection of mining relics, mine park is an important window to show the human civilization of mining industry, which plays an important role in improving the ecological geological environment of mining areas and promoting the sustainable development of mining areas. This paper uses the methods of comparison, field research and case listing, combined with economic theory, to review the development of the industrial heritage of mine parks’ value, and initially construct its value framework. It also compares, combs, analyzes and interprets the capital value of the industrial heritage of mine parks, in order to highlight the importance of its existence and the need for continued construction.
