摘  要:采用金相显微镜、扫描电镜、透射电镜和拉伸试验机等手段,研究了等温淬火后回火温度对中碳低合金钢的显微组织、室温拉伸和室温冲击性能的影响。结果表明,等温淬火态试样的组织为灰色残余奥氏体(A)+黑色针状下贝氏体(B);随着回火温度从235℃升高至435℃,基体组织中的块状A含量逐渐减少并逐渐转变为B铁素体,而B板条界面逐渐钝化;回火态试样的强塑积明显高于等温淬火态试样,且在回火温度为285℃时取得最大的强塑积,约为33612 MPa%,相较于等温淬火态提高了255%;回火态试样的室温冲击吸收能量高于等温淬火态,且回火温度在235~335℃时具有较好的室温冲击韧性。The effects of tempering temperature after isothermal quenching on medium carbon low alloy steel in terms of the microstructures,room temperature tension and properties have been studied by means of metallographic microscope,scanning electron microscopy,transmission electron microscopy and tensile testing machine.The results show that the microstructure of as-quenched specimens is grey retained austenite+black acicular lower bainite.As the tempering temperature rises from 235℃to 435℃,the AR content in matrix decreases and transforms into bainite ferrite,and the slab interface of B structure becomes passivated.The strength ductility of tempered specimens is obviously higher than that of isothermal quenched specimens,and the maximum strength ductility is about 33612 MPa%,which is 255%higher than that of isothermal quenched specimens when tempering temperature is 285℃.The room temperature impact energy absorption of isothermal quenched specimens is lower than that of tempered specimens,and the tempered specimens have better room temperature impact toughness when the tempering temperature is between 235℃and 335℃.
