高效液相色谱技术在金银花指纹图谱研究方面的进展

摘　　要：金银花是我国中药材产业中常见的原料药材且在中成药中有大量的使用,而金银花由于分布广泛加上种植品种繁多,所以对其制定科学可靠的质量标准就显得意义重大。高效液相色谱法在中药质量控制、中药指纹图谱中的应用越来越广泛成熟,本文就近十年来高效液相色谱技术在金银花质量控制方面的研究做一归纳总结,为后续深入金银花质量控制研究做一定的指导。Lonicerae Japonica Flosis a common raw material in Chinese herbalmedicine industry and is widely used in Chinese patent medicine.Because it is widely distributed and planted in different places,it is important to establish scientific and reliable quality standards of Lonicerae Japonica Flos.HPLC and UPLC technology in the quality control and fingerprints of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)is widely used in recent years.This paper reviewed the research progress in HPLC and UPLC fingerprints of Lonicerae Japonica Flos in recent years,and aimed to provide some guidance for further study on quality control of Lonicerae Japonica Flos.
