摘　　要：阿比朵尔(Arbidol)是一种非核苷类广谱抗病毒药物。阿比朵尔在临床上主要用于预防和治疗流行性感冒、急性病毒性呼吸道感染、严重急性呼吸道疾病综合征,还具有免疫调节作用和干扰素诱导作用。阿比朵尔临床副作用小、不易产生耐药性且性价比较高,是一种具有广泛应用前景的药物。阿比朵尔不仅可以用于病毒感染后治疗,也可用于预防治疗。当前新型冠状病毒正在肆虐全球,不仅威胁人类生命而且影响全球经济发展。阿比朵尔在抗新型冠状病毒的治疗和预防上具有很大的应用潜力和价值。本文针对阿比朵尔的国内外临床应用及研究进展进行综述。Arbidol is a non-nucleoside broad-spectrum antiviral drug.It is mainly used in the prevention and treatment of influenza,acute viral respiratory infection a nd severe acute respiratorysyndrome.And also it has the function of immune regu lation and interferon induction.Arbidol has broad prospects with little side-e ffect,little drug-resistant and cost-effective.Currently,SARS-CoV-2(2019-nCoV)sweeping the world,it has been not only seriously threating the safety of people′s life,but also affecting economic development.Arbidol has great pote ntial and value in treatment and prevention of SARS-CoV-2.This paper reviews the clinical application and research progress of Arbidol.
