摘　　要：铸牢中华民族共同体意识,是马克思主义民族理论中国化的重大理论创新成果,是新时代民族工作的鲜明主线。铸牢中华民族共同体意识,必须认清当今世界正经历百年未有之大变局、实现中华民族伟大复兴的战略机遇期、新时代社会主要矛盾新变化和构建人类命运共同体使命担当的大局大势,发挥中国特色社会主义制度、中华优秀文化和中华民族多元一体的独特优势,以“中华民族一家亲”立标,以“两个共同”筑梦,以“三个离不开”聚力,以“四个自信”强基,以“五个认同”凝心,形成常态长效的发展定势。Forging a sense of community for the Chinese nation is a major,innovative,and theoretical achievement in adapting Marxist ethnic theory to the Chinese context,and it is the vital principle for ethnic work in the New Era.To forge the sense of community for the Chinese nation,we must recognize the the general trends that the world is undergoing profound changes unseen in a century;the opportunity of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation;the new changes of the social principal contradiction in the New Era,and the mission of building a community with a shared future for mankind.Moreover,we should give full play to the unique system advantages of socialism with Chinese characteristics,as well as the unique advantages of the fine Chinese culture and the pattern of“diversity in unity”of the Chinese nation.To be more specific, we should: i) Regard the idea of “the big family of the Chinese nation” as a leading principle. Over the past millennia, all kinds of ethnic groups in China have interacted and integrated with each other, forming the Chinese nation with a pattern of “diversity in unity”;ii) Build our dreams based on the idea of “two together”. This means that “all ethnic groups are working together to achieve common prosperity and development”;this idea will be always regarded as a major requirement and important goal, making it a foundational principle and leitmotiv in the ethnic work in the New era;iii) Use the “three inseparable ties” to build common strength. Constant interaction and integration among ethnic groups have brought us to “the three inseparable ties”, meaning the Han cannot live without the ethnic minority groups, the ethnic minority groups cannot live without the Han, and no one ethnic minority group can live without the other ethnic minority groups;iv) Consolidate our foundation with the “four cofidences”.
