摘　　要：结合农机经营管理学课程教学实践,在教学方式和考核方法上进行了改革探索。通过让学生参与课堂教学过程,提升学生参与度和学习积极性;通过让学生参与课程考核题库的建设,增加学生对课程基本概念的理解,提升对知识点的掌握程度。考核成绩显示,改革探索成效明显。强调了教师在对课程内容和基础知识传授的基础上,应充分考虑学生的诉求,灵活运用课堂,结合课程融入思政元素,创新课程考核方法。Combined with the teaching practice of the curse on Operation and Management of Agricultural Mechanism,the reform of teaching methods and assessment methods was explored.Through the assessment,students can participate in the construction of the curriculum and improve their understanding of the basic problems.The examination results show that the reform exploration has achieved remarkable results.On the basis of teaching the course content and basic knowledge,teachers should fully consider the demands of students,flexibly use the classroom,integrate the ideological and political elements into the course,and innovate the course assessment methods.
