摘 要:本文以西南某在役隧道修复工程为例,为修复穿越破碎岩层段的病害衬砌结构,建立了隧道衬砌结构修复技术体系。针对隧道结构修复过程中发生的溜坍灾害,建立起了一套结合反填注浆和吹砂回填的工艺体系,并采用数值模拟方法,分析该灾害段处治后相应修复措施的安全性。结果表明:回填体的平均应力约5MPa,最大位移为5.3mm,处于安全的范围内。该隧道溜坍段结构修复技术体系,保证了修复后隧道整体结构的稳定性,衬砌变形与受力状态均在允许范围内。This article taked an active tunnel repair project in southwest China as an example,the technical system is established in order to repair the diseased lining structure passing through the broken rock section.In view of the collapse disaster in the course of tunnel structure repair,a set of process system combining reverse filling grouting and sand blowing backfill is established,and the safety of corresponding repair measures after treatment of the disaster section is calculated and analyzed by numerical simulation method.The results show that the backfill is in a stable state and the average stress of the backfill is 5MPa,the maximum displacement is 5.3mm.The technical system of the tunnel collapse section ensures the stability of the whole tunnel structure after repair,and the lining deformation and stress state are within the allowable range.
