以郑州为主体创建国家科技成果转移转化示范区的对策研究

摘　　要：国家科技成果转移转化示范区是促进科技与经济融合发展的先行区。以郑州为主体创建国家科技成果转移转化示范区,有利于从顶层破解河南科技成果转移转化中的制度约束和现实难题,助力省会郑州打造"创新资源集聚高地和科技要素交易枢纽"目标定位的实现。本文通过分析现有国家科技成果转移转化示范区创建情况,对照郑州市已具备的条件和存在的不足,提出以郑州为主体创建国家成果转移转化示范区的相关对策。The National Demonstration Zone for the Transfer and Transformation of Scientific and Technological Achievements is a pioneering zone to promote the integration and development of technology and economy.The establishment of a national demonstration zone for the transfer and transformation of scientific and technological achievements with Zhengzhou as main body will help solve the institutional constraints and practical problems in the transfer and transformation of Henan scientific and technological achievements from the top level,and help the provincial capital Zhengzhou to achieve the goal of"innovative resource gathering highland and technological element trading hub".This paper analyzed the current state of the establishment of national scientific and technological achievements transfer and transformation demonstration areas,and compared Zhengzhou’s existing conditions and existing shortcomings,and proposed relevant countermeasures for establishing a national achievement transfer and transformation demonstration area with Zhengzhou as main body.
