摘　　要：针对某城铁列车转向架齿轮箱轴承发生故障的问题,分析其主要原因为游隙过大、润滑油低温下流动性较差和运行线路振动加速度较大,提出将游隙由0.20~0.25 mm调整为0.12~0.16 mm,选取在低温下具有较好流动性的美孚齿轮箱油,保持架材料由Q235B改为S355MC的改进措施。通过试验台和实际装车验证,改进后的轴承可以满足使用需求。Aimed at fault of gearbox bearing for bogie in urban rail train during operation,the main reasons are excessive clearance,poor fluidity of lubricating oil under low temperature and large vibration acceleration of running line.The improvement measures are proposed to adjust clearance from 0.20~0.25 mm to 0.12~0.16 mm,Mobil gearbox oil with good fluidity under low temperature is selected,and the cage material is changed from Q235B to S355MC.Through testbed and actual loading verification,the improved bearing can meet the needs of use.
