摘 要:探索了乙二醇/二甘醇联合醇解废聚酯(PET)工艺,并对醇解产物的性能进行了表征。结果表明:废PET与总二元醇质量比1∶2~1∶3、二甘醇(DEG)物质的量分数10%(占PET结构单元)、反应温度200℃、催化剂质量分数0.1%、反应时间1~1.5 h为高效的醇解反应条件。通过DSC、TG、FTIR、^(1)H NMR等测试手段对醇解产物进行了分析表征,得出分离提纯后的醇解产物为对苯二甲酸双羟乙酯(BHET)。The alcoholysis technology of waste polyester(PET)using ethylene glycol/diethylene glycol(DEG)as compound alcoholysis agent was investigated,and the properties of the alcoholysis products were charac⁃terized.The results showed that when the mass ratio of PET to total glycol was 1∶2~1∶3,the DEG mole frac⁃tion was 10%(accounting for the structural unit of PET),the reaction temperature was 200℃,the mass frac⁃tion of catalyst was 0.1%,reaction time was 1~1.5 h,PET could achieve an efficient alcoholysis reaction.The alconolysis product was analyzed with DSC,TG,FTIR,^(1)H NMR and other test methods,and it was concluded that the alcoholysis product after separation and purification was 2-hydroxyethyl terephthalate(BHET).
