涤纶短纤维用双组分型油剂的配比研究

摘　　要：涤纶短纤维用双组分型油剂在生产应用中时,二者的配比一般在5∶5至7∶3之间,分析了TDS-A和TDS-B两种油剂在不同配比下的乳液稳定性、润湿性、起泡性等,同时测试了不同配比下生产出的涤纶短纤维的抗静电性、摩擦性和抱合性。通过分析,明确了TDS-A与TDS-B两种油剂的性能特点,以及二者不同的使用比例对纤维性能的影响。In the production and application of two-component finishing agent used for polyester staple fi⁃ber,the proportion of the two is generally between 5∶5 and 7∶3.The emulsion stability,wettability,foam⁃ing ability,etc.of TDS-A and TDS-B two kinds of finishing additives in different proportions were ana⁃lyzed.At the same time,the antistatic,frictional and cohesive properties of polyester staple fibers produced under different proportions were tested.Through the analysis,the performance characteristics of TDS-A and TDS-B were clarified,and the influence of their different application ratio on the fiber performance was also discussed.
