脂代谢、尿酸等生化指标及动态血压监测对隐匿性高血压诊断的价值分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨分析脂代谢、尿酸等生化指标及动态血压监测对隐匿性高血压诊断的价值。方法:选择2019年11月~2020年11月在某院确诊为隐匿性高血压的患者90例作为研究组,选择2019年11月~2020年11月在某院接受体检为健康的人群110例作为对照组,对比两组患者的脂代谢、尿酸等生化指标以及动态血压数据的情况。结果:研究组的血清总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白、载脂蛋白B、血尿酸、血糖、血清肌酐与对照组相比均存在显著差异(P<0.05);研究组的收缩压和舒张压均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:通过对脂代谢、尿酸等生化指标以及动态血压的监测,能够更加准确的对隐匿性高血压作出诊断,也可以根据这些数据变化情况对高血压以及其他心脑血管疾病进行预防,同时研究表明,脂代谢异常的人群患有隐匿性高血压的可能性较大,需要提早进行诊断和预防。Objective:To explore the value of biochemical indexes such as lipid metabolism,uric acid and dynamic blood pressure monitoring in the diagnosis of occult hypertension.Methods:A total of 90 patients diagnosed with occult hypertension in a hospital from November 2019 to November 2020 were selected as the study group,and a total of 110 healthy people who received physical examination in a hospital from November 2019 to November 2020 were selected as the control group.Biochemical indexes such as lipid metabolism,uric acid and dynamic blood pressure data of the two groups were compared.Results:There was significant difference in serum total cholesterol,low density lipoprotein,apolipoprotein B,serum uric acid,blood glucose and serum creatinine between the study group and the control group(P<0.05).The systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Through the monitoring of biochemical indexes such as lipid metabolism,uric acid and dynamic blood pressure,the diagnosis of occult hypertension can be made more accurately,and hypertension and other cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases can be prevented according to the changes of these data.At the same time,studies show that people with abnormal lipid metabolism are more likely to have occult hypertension and need early diagnosis and prevention.
