摘　　要：目的:探索硬膜外规律间断给药对初产妇分娩镇痛效果及对NSE、S100β影响。方法:选择2018年5月12日~2020年2月15日期间某院120例待分娩初产妇为试验对象,选择单双号随机分为对照组和观察组各60例,对照组采用硬膜外持续给药,观察组采用硬膜外规律间断给药,随后对比两组Apgar评分(新生儿评分)、VAS评分(视觉模拟疼痛评分)、第一产程、第二产程、总产程、阴道自然分娩、阴道助产、NSE(神经元特异性烯醇化酶)水平、S100β(S100β蛋白)。结果:观察组第一产程、第二产程、总产程短于对照组,S100β、NSE水平优于对照组,新生儿5min Apgar评分、自然分娩率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对初产妇实施硬膜外规律间断给药利用价值更高。Objective:To explore the analgesic effect of regular epidural intermittent administration on puerpera and its effect on NSE and S100.Methods:From 12 May 2018 to 15 February 2020,120 cases of primipara for delivery in a hospital were selected as test object and divided into two groups by single and double random grouping,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was given epidural continuous dosing,and the observation group received epidural regular intermittent dosing,then the Apgar score(neonatal score),VAS score(visual analog pain score),first stage of labor,the second stage of labor,total stage of labor,spontaneous vaginal delivery,vaginal midwifery,NSE level,and S100β were compared between the two groups.Results:The first stage of labor,the second stage of labor and the total stage of labor in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,the levels of S100 and NSE were better than those in the control group,and the 5 minute Apgar score and natural delivery rate of newborns were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application value of regular epidural intermittent administration is higher for primiparas.
