四子散热敷联合同理心护理对经皮肾镜碎石术患者胃肠功能及心理功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究四子散热敷联合同理心护理对经皮肾镜碎石术患者的影响。方法:选取2017年7月~2020年7月某院收治的经皮肾镜碎石术患者88例,随机抽签分为对照组和观察组各44例。对照组采取常规腹部按摩,观察组联合给予四子散热敷治疗,两组均给予围术期同理心护理,对比两组术后首次排气、首次排便、肠鸣音恢复正常时间及术后SDS、SAS评分情况。结果:与对照组比较,观察组术后首次排气时间、首次排便时间及肠鸣音恢复正常时间更短(P<0.05);干预后观察组SAS与SDS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:四子散热敷联合同理心护理可缩短经皮肾镜碎石术患者胃肠功能恢复正常时间,改善患者心理功能。Objective:To study the effect of Sizisan compress combined with empathy nursing on patients with percutaneous nephrolithotomy.Methods:A total of 88 patients with percutaneous nephrolithotomy admitted to a hospital from July 2017 to July 2020 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 44 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional abdominal massage,the observation group was combined with Sizisan compress therapy,and both groups were given perioperative empathy nursing.The time for the first exhaustion,first defecation,bowel sounds returning to normal after surgery,and SDS and SAS scores after surgery were compared between the two groups.Results:Compared with the control group,the first exhaust time,first defecation time,and bowel sounds returning to normal time were shorter(P<0.05).The SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Sizisan compress combined with empathy nursing can shorten the time for gastrointestinal function to return to normal in patients with percutaneous nephrolithotomy and improve the psychological function of patients.
