摘　　要：目的:探究分析感染性腹泻患者血清IL-6、TNF-α、IL-8水平的检验意义。方法:2018年1月~2019年12月某院共收治200例感染性腹泻患者设为研究组,将同一时间段进行健康体检的100例正常人设为对照组,在患者同意后,均采集患者血液,获取血清后进行血清IL-6、TNF-α、IL-8水平检验,对比两组检验结果。结果:研究组血清IL-6、TNF-α、IL-8水平均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:感染性腹泻患者的血清IL-6、TNF-α、IL-8水平与正常人存在明显差异,通过检验患者的血清IL-6、TNF-α、IL-8水平,辅助临床对患者进行病原体分型,可明确患者的临床分期,可促进患者开展针对性治疗,加速患者康复。Objective:To investigate the significance of serum IL-6,TNF-α and IL-8 levels in patients with infectious diarrhea.Methods:From January 2018 to December 2019,a total of 200 patients with infectious diarrhea admitted to a hospital were selected and assigned to the study group.A total of 100 healthy people who underwent physical examination in a hospital at the same time period were set as the control group.After the consent of the patients,blood was collected from all the patients.Serum levels of IL-6,TNF-and IL-8 were tested after the serum,and the test results of the two groups were compared.Results:The serum levels of IL-6,TNF-α and IL-8 in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The serum levels of IL-6,TNF-α and IL-8 in patients with infectious diarrhea are significantly different from those of normal people.Testing the serum levels of IL-6,TNF-α and IL-8 in patients with infectious diarrhea can assist the clinical classification of pathogens in patients,so as to determine the clinical stage of patients,promote targeted treatment and accelerate their rehabilitation.
