摘 要:针对某电厂3号机组主汽阀存在压力损失过大的问题,通过Fluent软件对8种不同结构的主汽阀方案进行了模拟计算。分析得出阀杆距离进汽口越远,即阀门偏心距越大,压力损失越小的结论。综合应用增加管径、导流板和线性角度等措施和方法,降低了阀门的压力损失系数。Aiming at the problem of excessive pressure loss in the main steam valve of Unit 3 in a power plant,8 different structures of main steam valve schemes were simulated and calculated through Fluent software,and the following conclusions were drawn.It is concluded that the greater the valve eccentricity is,that is,the farther the stem is from the inlet,the smaller the pressure loss is.The pressure loss coefficient of the valve is reduced by applying measures and methods such as increasing pipe diameter,guide plate and linear angle.
