摘  要:低温过流阀作为车用LNG燃气系统的重要部件,当过流阀后端管路出现破裂时,阀门动作使阀瓣关闭,从而防止气瓶内液体大量泄漏造成的安全事故。阐述了过流阀的工作原理,根据过流阀在发动机中的最大用量,通过理论计算确定阀门的通径和弹簧力。制作若干通径阀瓣进行测试,并结合计算机流体软件Fluent仿真分析,测试和验证了阀门的实际动作流量。LNG low-temperature overflow valve is an important part of the vehicle LNG gas system.When the pipeline at the back end of the overflow valve breaks,the valve moves to close the valve disc,to prevent the safety accident caused by a large amount of liquid leakage in the cylinder.The working principle of the overflow valve has expatiated.According to the maximum amount of overflow valve in the engine,the diameter and spring force of the valve are determined by theoretical calculation.Several diameter valve discs were made for testing,and the actual movement flow of the test valve was verified by the computer fluid software Fluent simulation analysis.
