摘 要:本文对开发机型进行了全年能源消耗率(APF)性能测试,分析了各个实测效率随转速变化的趋势。研究发现高转速下的容积效率是提升开发机型APF的关键。分析得出开发机型高转速下的容积效率衰减主要与吸气损失、排气回流和余隙回流等因素相关;并提出针对性的改善方案,包括吸气结构优化、阀座通流面积优化、消音器优化和排气切口优化。实测结果表明:在冷房定格工况下,吸气结构优化方案性能可提升0.95%,阀座通流面积优化方案性能提升0.79%,消音器优化方案性能可提升0.33%,综合采用各个优化方案后开发机型APF较优化前提升2.63%,较参考机型Ⅱ提升4.5%。In this paper,the annual performance factor(APF)performance test of the developed model is carried out,and the trend of each measured efficiency with the rotation speed is analyzed.The volumetric efficiency at high speeds is the key to improve the APF of the developed models.The analysis shows that the volumetric efficiency attenuation of the developed models at high speeds is mainly related to factors such as suction loss,exhaust gas recirculation,clearance recirculation,etc.According to the above research conclusions,target improvements are proposed.The optimization of the suction structure,optimization of the flow area of the valve seat,optimization of the muffler,and optimization of the exhaust oblique cut are carried out.The results show that the performance of the suction structure optimization program can be increased by 0.95% under the fixed conditions of the cold room,the performance of the valve seat flow area optimization program can be increased by 0.79%,and the performance of the muffler optimization program can be increased by 0.33%.After comprehensively adopting each optimization program,the APF of the model can be increased by 2.63% compared with that before the optimization,and it can be increased by 4.5%compared with the reference model.
